This Friday July 16th from 7-9 pm we will be hosting a Multimedia Food and Wine Event. Sondra Barrett, PhD will present a multimedia show entitled, "Shaping Taste, Tasting Shape: Discovering wine's hidden secrets - is there a wine code?" Microscopic color pictures of wine reveal surprisingly beautiful shapes. See how their shapes correspond to their chemical structure and, surprisingly, their taste. $25/person includes food and wine. Additionally signed copies of her book, Wine’s Hidden Beauty, will be available for purchase. RSVP – Seating is limited to 25. For people 21 and over.
